Applicability

This policy applies to paid financial planning consultations and related planning deliverables arranged with Meadow Family Finance Co., Ltd. (TIN 0105104332181). General website inquiries are free.

Cancellation by you

More than 5 business days before a scheduled session: full refund of any prepaid fee, or free rescheduling once.
2–5 business days before: 50% refund or one rescheduled date within 30 days.
Less than 48 hours or no-show: no refund; we may offer credit toward a future session at our discretion.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel, you receive a full refund within 14 business days or a mutually agreed new date.

Partial completion

If you end an engagement after work has started, fees for completed milestones remain due; unused prepaid amounts for future milestones are refunded pro-rata.

Non-refundable items

Third-party costs we pay on your behalf (courier, translation, paid data pulls) are non-refundable once incurred.

Refund method

Refunds return to the original payment method where possible; otherwise bank transfer within Thailand. Processing time: up to 14 business days after approval.
